Returns:

We really hope you LOVE your purchase, but just in case…

You may return any unworn, unwashed merchandise in its original condition (no pet hair or smoke smell) within 14 days of the date received, along with a copy of your receipt, for store credit only. No returns accepted on accessories or bodysuits. Shoes must be returned inside a protective shipping box or protective cover. Damage to the original box upon return will incur a 30% return fee.  Send returns to:

If you feel you received a defective item or the wrong item, please call us right away! Damages must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving the item. Any damaged item returned to us without prior notification will not be accepted. Damaged items will be replaced with the same item, if that item is not available a refund will be issued.

 If your return qualifies, we will email you a code for Store Credit (does not expire) for you to use on your next purchase. Returns that do not meet the return requirement above will be sent back to you at your expense. 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL! (Includes all items purchased with a coupon code of 30% off or more and any doorbuster and flash deals).

We suggest you obtain a tracking number when returning items. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit to us. 

Shipping:

All orders ship for a flat rate of $8.95 or free for orders over $79. We ship via USPS and UPS. Once an order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

We strive to get orders sent out the same day they are placed, but on occasion, some orders may take 1-2 business days to process. A sale, promotion, or holiday may delay the shipping by 1-2 more business days. Online exclusive items take a little longer to process, these can take 3-4 business days to ship. Please understand we are working as quickly and as efficiently as we can to get your orders out to you!

We can't make changes to your order once it has shipped. If you request to cancel an order before it ships, a 10% cancellation fee will apply. Orders cannot be cancelled once it has been packed for shipping. Once an order for an online exclusive item is place, it cannot be cancelled. 

It is important to put a valid email and phone number with your order. This is how we will contact you if we have a question about your order. We do NOT give out phone numbers and emails.

We are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. Please double check all information! A re-shipping fee WILL apply to orders that have been returned to us due to incorrect entry of shipping address.

In Store Pickup:

In store pickup is available. Simply select "Pick Up" as a shipping option at checkout. Orders will be available for pickup approximately 2 hours after the order is placed, you will receive an email once it is ready (please note, if your order contains an online exclusive item, your order will be available for pickup in 5-7 business days, you will receive an email when your order is ready). Orders not picked up after 7 days (unless otherwise notified of later pickup) will be returned to stock and store credit will be issued. If someone other than the person listed on the order is picking up, please notify us by commenting on your order form or by emailing or calling us.
